Lift Magnets

Conveying
From Beltless magnetic conveyors to Vibratory Conveyors, Eriez can meet your requirements to convey an ferrous or nonferrous material or item you have.
Chip Processing
Eriez Chip and Parts Conveyors can provide smooth and efficient handling of material and parts. With no moving parts in contact with the chips there is nothing to bind or bend such as a hinge. For nonferrous chips or parts, Eriez Vibratory Feeders can meet the challenge.

Lifting Magnets - Metalworking Industry

Safely lift and move steel without direct attachment by slings, hooks or cables. Complete line in both permanent and electro designs with various models, sizes and strengths to handle many different lifting jobs.

Magnetic Chip and Parts Conveyors

Automatically remove and elevate ferrous materials such as chips, turnings and small parts. Conveyor mechanism is totally enclosed. Wide variety of configurations can be assembled from standard design sections.

Magna-Rails® & Rolls - Metalworking Industry

Positioned under conveyor belts, Magna Rails hold ferrous parts firmly to the belt even at high speeds up or down inclines as steep as 90 degrees. Magna Rolls and bars can be installed on new or existing conveyor lines to drive, convey and control steel products.

Magnetic Belt Conveyors - Metalworking Industry

Space-saving system with positive holding action. Vertical, inclined or horizontal materials handling. Move components, made all or partly of steel, at high speeds. System can be designed and engineered to your specifications.

Palletizer/Depalletizer - Metalworking Industry

Using Erium permanent magnet holding power, Eriez Magnetic Palletizer/Depalletizer will remove an entire layer of steel cans at one time from a multilayer stack of cans, and do it quickly, smoothly and without the tumbling, jamming or damaging the cans. The magnet can also be used in reverse order to deposit a layer on a pallet.

Bar Magnets

Bar magnets are available in different models and a variety of sizes. They are typically used in a wide variety of applications, particularly automation, separation and holding. All are easy to install and feature reliable Erium permanent magnetic power.

Sheet Fanners

Powerful magnetic circuit makes light or even heavy gauge steel separate and fan with ease. Provide new efficiency to slow, difficult sheet feeding for presses, brakes and shears. Three strengths available in four functional heights.

Finishing Mill Unloaders

Eriez Finishing Mill Unloaders quickly and automatically remove ferrous parts from the finishing mill media. All three models use a powerful permanent magnet pickup, can be quickly and easily wheeled into position beside the mill, and are hydraulically lowered into position.

Vibratory Feeders - Metalworking Industry

Eriez offers a complete line of vibratory equipment to convey, screen, and feed materials in quanities rangining from a few spoonfuls to tons per hour. If the many standard systems available are not quite right for your operation, Eriez Magnetics Technical Center can develop custom-designed vibratory and screening equipment to precisely meet your needs.
